Ok, I’m a little excited. For one, my shoulder is healed up. Not gonna lie I was nervous for a bit about it… I also watched this youtube video on how to fall without getting hurt and idk there’s just something about it that made me laugh.
But I’m mainly excited because I’m back on the heelflip grind. I had a little garage session today and it felt good to get moving again. To my delight, I hadn’t lost as much ability as I thought. After a few attempts the muscle memory kicked in and I seemed to get back to where I was.
Making sure to ease my way back in, I did 25 standing heelflip attempts today. Felt good.
