I got out in the evening to practice ollies today. My goal was to take it easy and do 30. I’m making 30 my daily minimum.
I ended up doing 39. After I hit 30 I wanted to see if my heel flips improved at all. Maybe a little? I was definitely popping them easy. Keeping the board under me is what’s going to take a ton of practice. BUT, can’t get ahead of myself. Ollie’s first.
Instead of skating in the morning I did some mobility exercises. Trying to get into the habit of doing those more often.
