I didn’t journal my surfskate session yesterday because I was busy working on getting that essay published in the Hartford Courant! But I did “carve” out some me-time, hehe, pun. I surfed the Goodwin Place peeler for a bit, practicing some frontside slashes.
It was a beautiful evening. After surfing there I walked over to the Florence St. slab for some faster carves. No cool water or salty breeze in my surroundings, but they existed in my imagination for a moment.
