Happy birthday Nia!
Today I’ve been babying my shoulder. Definitely tweaked it real good yesterday. The plan is to take it easy, so this evening I just went for a nice, mellow cruise down the street on my longboard.
I rolled right out of my driveway and down the hill, making silky-smooth turns. It was delightful. Hung a left down the Goodwin Place Peeler and snaked all the way down.
Just what the doctor ordered.
