July 4th weekend has begun. Nia and I drove down to Point Lookout, Long Island to visit friends. I’ve never been before, it’s a nice place.
I wanted to get up early to practice ollies before hitting the road, but I was so tired from dawn patrol the day before.
We ended up driving down, then spent a few hours on the beach chillin. I brought my surfboard but there wasn’t any surf. After our beach session, and after a few beers, I hopped on my surfskate to make a few carves. The streets here are actually concrete instead of asphalt, so they’re nice to cruise on.
